Return and Refund Policy
If you have purchased from our web-site and for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to return it, Gallery Keoki will issue a refund or replace it with another item, less shipping costs, within
30 days. Any custom order is exempt from this policy because the order was created specifically for you.
Our money back guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions & exceptions: The purchaser must contact Gallery Keoki within 7 days of receipt of the order and request return authorization and instructions.
The product must be returned in the condition it was received within 30 days of its original ship date.
Gallery Keoki reserves the right to accept a return without refund or with a partial refund if the item has been is damaged. If Gallery Keoki decides to take this action,
it will contact the purchaser to explain the options. Any refunded transaction will be processed using the same credit card used for the original purchase.
Gallery Keoki reserves the right to retract this policy unilaterally for any individual or organization, at any time, for any reason. If retracted,
this will not affect any previous orders shipped during the period the money back guarantee was in effect.
Damaged Shipments
Within 24 hours of receiving your order please inspect it for any damage. Orders are packed carefully, but photographs are delicate, and accidents do happen.
If the art is damaged, please send photos of the damage and the condition of the shipping box to info@gallerykeoki.com. You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm replacement.
We are not responsible for art damaged during any third party framing or mounting.
What to do in case of a damaged shipment:
1. If the damage is visible upon receipt, do not sign for receipt until you have filed a report with the FedEx or UPS driver.
2. Call us to report the damage within 3 days of receipt of the shipment.
3. Keep the entire package (box or crate, stuffing or foam, bubble wrap, item shipped, packing tape, everything) until a claim has been filed with us. Do not dispose of it until we authorize that.
4. Please do not bring the damaged package to USPS, UPS or FedEx store, which could invalidate the claim.
5. Gallery Keoki may arrange for an agent of the shipping company to visit your home or business to execute an inspection of the damage.
6. Gallery Keoki may arrange for return of the damaged shipment.
Refused and undeliverable shipments
Packages that are refused by the customer, or otherwise undeliverable and returned to Gallery Keoki will automatically be assessed the shipping cost + a 25% restocking fee upon receipt of the package.
A restocking fee will be charged to the original credit card used for the original purchase.
Delivery
Small items are shipped USPS. Larger items are shipped FedEx or UPS Ground (generally 5-7 business days). For orders on a tight time line, please call to ensure expedited production or shipping,
additional costs may apply.
All orders are subject to inventory availability, and in many cases orders are custom built. Any custom order cannot be changed or cancelled after production has begun.
The amount of time needed to complete a custom order may vary (2-5 weeks). Once production starts we will confirm the anticipatedship date.
Once shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. In the event your order is delayed we will inform you accordingly.
Varying weather and road conditions may affect delivery times. Therefore Gallery Keoki cannot guarantee delivery times by shipping carriers.
All shipments are insured and guaranteed to arrive per the specifications of the lab.
